Adam has successfully represented clients against corporations like Eli Lilly, Equifax, General Motors (GM), GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, Target, Toys R Us, Volkswagen, and Zimmer. Further, he has successfully represented clients against some of the largest insurance carriers in the country, and abroad. Currently, Adam is litigating active dockets against GSK, Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sanofi, Chubb, Lloyds of London, State Farm, FM Global and others. In May, 2020, Adam was appointed Co-Lead Counsel of MDL 2924 in the Southern District of Florida by Judge Robin Rosenberg. Further, Adam sits on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the State Court consolidation representing his clients against the manufacturer of JUUL.

Steve Kherkher is a national trial lawyer who maintains a litigation practice throughout the country. In his career spanning almost three decades, Steve has developed professional expertise in complex tort litigation.

Throughout his career, Steve has achieved record-setting results through summary judgments, jury verdicts, and arbitration awards. He has successfully represented Plaintiffs in over 40 states in a variety of complex civil litigation matters including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, commercial automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, toxic torts, premises liability, as well as lawsuits against multi-national pharmaceutical companies. Steve’s expertise is widely respected by judges, opposing counsel, and his fellow colleagues. Due to his notoriety, passion for justice, and zealous representation, Steve has been retained to help other trial lawyers litigate cases throughout the United States.

In his tenure, his litigation expertise and ability to strategically select members of a jury, focusing precisely on outcome determinative issues, have resulted in superior representation of his clients. Steve has won numerous record-setting verdicts, including a $100 million dollar verdict ($100,000,000) in Pennsylvania, for a single living plaintiff, in an action against a multi-national pharmaceutical company.

To date, Steve is the only attorney to spearhead, and first-chair multiple lawsuits against Monsanto, resulting in multi-million-dollar judgements for clients suffering from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Steve prevailed in several lawsuits taken to trial or appeal, despite Monsanto’s repeated efforts to restrict his ability to file suit against them. His most recent suit against Monsanto resulted in a $46,500,000 judgment and verdict. Shortly thereafter, a confidential settlement was obtained for his three clients and their families.

Steve also has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation, successfully representing homeowners and business owners in actions arising out of coverage disputes between insurers and policyholders, as well as bad faith actions arising out of coverage disputes. Steve helps families obtain favorable judgments against national insurance carriers who wrongfully deny benefits to policyholders.

Steve is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law. In 2015, Steve was recognized in H-Texas Magazine, as one of the Top Mass Tort & Toxic Tort Lawyers in the State of Texas. In 2009, Steve was elected into the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization that certifies only experienced, first-chair trial attorneys, who are of high personal character and honorable reputation.

Darsey Glean, a native Texan, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, with a B.A. in Political Science and concentrations in History and Philosophy. She worked for the personal injury law firm of Herman, Howry & Breen in Austin before pursuing a law degree. Darsey then attended South Texas College of Law, where she was also given the opportunity to work as a law clerk for Stevenson & Murray, whose practice focused entirely on plaintiff’s Jones Act and catastrophic injury cases. Following her graduation from South Texas College of Law in 2009, Mrs. Glean became licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of Texas, and joined a prominent Houston product liability and mass tort firm. In 2011, she joined the Pulaski Kherkher, PLLC, whose practice was solely focused on product liability litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. In 2016, Mrs. Glean became a partner at the firm and she continues to manage the firm’s personal injury, products liability, and pharmaceutical drug and medical device dockets. Over the past 10 years, Mrs. Glean has practiced and worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs, in complex mass tort civil litigation. Steve Faries

Steve Faries

Steve is a trial lawyer and litigator and manages mass tort dockets to resolution. He joined the law office in January 2022 to litigate and prepare dozens of bellwether clients for trial in the 3M Military Earplug litigation. Steve conducted extensive fact and expert discovery, defended our clients and experts in deposition, deposed defense experts, and directed the team effort to complete all discovery and briefing deadlines leading to a successful resolution.

In October 2022, the law office tasked Steve to develop and launch administration of the firm’s growing Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune docket. He integrated and led the firm’s extensive array of internal and external resources resulting in the filing of thousands of claims for our clients. Since the claims filing deadline, Steve’s team continues to provide superior client customer care while substantiating and moving claims to resolution. He also assists the Plaintiff Leadership Group in fact and expert discovery, scientific analysis, and bellwether litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Since December 2024, Steve helps steer the law office’s efforts in completing depositions and reaching successful conclusion in the Zantac/Ranitidine drug litigation. He routinely meets with defense counsel and coordinates the office’s resources to serve our clients and meet critical resolution deadlines.

Prior to joining Pulaski Kherkher, Steve tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania, and directly contributed to the successful resolution of multiple products liability mass tort dockets. In 2013, the Court appointed Steve to the Plaintiff Steering Committee in MDL 2434, Mirena IUD Products Liability Litigation, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before practicing law, Steve was a financial analyst and project manager at IBM on the Space Station Program and business systems consultant at American General Corporation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Amber Prange competed as a professional golfer, an experience that instilled the discipline, resilience, and competitive drive that continue to define her legal practice today.

Ms. Prange joined Pulaski Kherkher while attending law school and, following her admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2018, dedicated her practice to representing individuals and families harmed by dangerous pharmaceutical products, defective medical devices, toxic exposures, and other catastrophic injuries. Since the outset of her career, she has focused on complex mass tort and product liability litigation, advocating for clients nationwide.

Early in her legal career, Ms. Prange successfully negotiated numerous settlements on behalf of clients in litigation involving defective medical products, including claims against Johnson & Johnson. She also represented clients in the nationwide Elmiron litigation, helping secure recoveries for individuals who suffered vision injuries associated with long-term use of the prescription medication.

Today, Ms. Prange plays a key leadership role in one of the nation’s largest Camp Lejeune litigation dockets, representing approximately 24,000 veterans, family members, and civilian workers who were exposed to contaminated drinking water at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. She is actively involved in all phases of the claims process, including case strategy, client advocacy, claim substantiation, settlement negotiations, and resolution efforts. Her work has helped thousands of clients navigate the complexities of the Camp Lejeune Justice Act and pursue compensation for injuries linked to toxic water exposure.

In addition to her Camp Lejeune work, Ms. Prange has represented clients in a variety of pharmaceutical, medical device, environmental, and product liability matters. Prior to joining Pulaski Kherkher, PLLC, Megan worked at the Montgomery office of Beasley Allen, where she worked on numerous multidistrict litigations and state-court coordinated actions involving dangerous drugs and defective medical devices. Megan also worked on the perfluorinated chemical or PFC litigation where she represented water systems whose water supply had been contaminated by industrial discharge of PFCs. Currently, Megan represents individuals who have suffered injuries related to the use of defective products, as well as working on other complex litigation regarding pharmaceutical claims.

Throughout his career, Patrick has represented corporate and individual clients in various industries from all over the United States and Mexico. His experience prior to joining Pulaski Kherkher PLLC includes matters involving fiduciary litigation, product liability, personal injury, commercial contractual disputes, oil and gas disputes, partnership disputes, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
