Important Steps to Move Your Zantac Case Forward

Your Zantac lawsuit is progressing, and we want to make sure you stay on track!

Recently, Plaintiffs’ Lead Counsel has made significant progress, and the first trial is now set for May 2025. However, to keep your case moving, you must complete two essential steps by the deadlines outlined below. Failure to complete these steps may result in the dismissal of your case.

Step 1: Declaration of Use

You need to complete and sign a Declaration that confirms how much Zantac (or ranitidine) you or the person you represent used. This form will include:
– The years Zantac/ranitidine was used.
– Whether it was purchased as a prescription or over the counter.
– Whether you used the brand (Zantac) or generic (ranitidine) version.

Important: Your answers must be truthful and accurate, as you are signing under penalty of perjury.

Step 2: Proof of Injury (Cancer Diagnosis)

You or our law firm will need to upload a medical record (or death certificate, if applicable) showing your cancer diagnosis. If you already provided this documentation to our office, please upload it again to the portal to expedite the process.

How to Complete These Steps

1. Access the Online Portal
All information must be submitted through the secure portal managed by Brown Greer.

Go to: www.ZantacBrownGreerPortal.com
– Enter the Zantac User’s Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and Last Name, then click “Start.”
– If you are a Representative: Use the Zantac User’s Date of Birth and Last Name, not your own.

2. Verification Process
After entering the information, you will receive an authorization code via email or text. Enter this code on the screen to complete the login process.

3. Complete the Declaration of Use
– Review the pre-filled information in the Declaration.
– Make any necessary changes and save your progress if needed.
– To sign, simply type your name and click submit.

Deadline: October 31, 2024
Failure to complete this step by the deadline may result in dismissal of your lawsuit.

4. Upload Proof of Injury
– Upload a medical record or death certificate showing the cancer diagnosis.
– If you have any questions about what to upload, please contact our office.
– Note: You only need to upload one document, and it should not exceed 15 pages.

Deadline: January 31, 2025
If you don’t have a medical record, our law firm will handle this part for you.
