Attorney Leslie LaMacchia was appointed to this leadership position to help build and manage the nationwide product liability litigation on behalf of those who allegedly suffered serious injury after use of a JUUL vaping device.

JUUL Labs is accused of manufacturing and distributing a dangerous vaping device that has more nicotine than similar devices and then exploiting social media marketing channels to reach the under-25 age demographic. The marketing techniques used by the company to sell its product were so successful that according to the FDA, youth vaping has grown to epidemic proportions.

Moreover, the severity of health complications associated with JUUL vape devices can include nicotine addiction and poisoning, seizures, stroke, lung problems and cardiovascular issues. Those allegedly injured by the devices include children, teens, and young adults.
