Steve is a trial lawyer and litigator and manages mass tort dockets to resolution. He joined the law office in January 2022 to litigate and prepare dozens of bellwether clients for trial in the 3M Military Earplug litigation. Steve conducted extensive fact and expert discovery, defended our clients and experts in deposition, deposed defense experts, and directed the team effort to complete all discovery and briefing deadlines leading to a successful resolution.

In October 2022, the law office tasked Steve to develop and launch administration of the firm’s growing Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune docket. He integrated and led the firm’s extensive array of internal and external resources resulting in the filing of thousands of claims for our clients. Since the claims filing deadline, Steve’s team continues to provide superior client care while substantiating and moving claims to resolution. He also assists the Plaintiff Leadership Group in fact and expert discovery, scientific analysis, and bellwether litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Since December 2024, Steve has helped steer the law office’s efforts in completing depositions and reaching a successful conclusion in the Zantac/ranitidine drug litigation. He routinely meets with defense counsel and coordinates the office’s resources to serve our clients and meet critical resolution deadlines.

Prior to joining Pulaski Law Firm, Steve tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania, and directly contributed to the successful resolution of multiple products liability mass tort dockets. In 2013, the Court appointed Steve to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in MDL 2434, Mirena IUD Products Liability Litigation, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before practicing law, Steve was a financial analyst and project manager at IBM on the Space Station Program and a business systems consultant at American General Corporation.
