Darsey Glean, a native Texan, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, with a B.A. in Political Science and concentrations in History and Philosophy. She worked for the personal injury law firm of Herman, Howry & Breen in Austin before pursuing a law degree. Darsey then attended South Texas College of Law, where she was also given the opportunity to work as a law clerk for Stevenson & Murray, whose practice focused entirely on plaintiffs’ Jones Act and catastrophic injury cases. Following her graduation from South Texas College of Law in 2009, Mrs. Glean became licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of Texas, and joined a prominent Houston product liability and mass tort firm. In 2011, she joined the Pulaski Law Firm, PLLC, whose practice was solely focused on product liability litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. In 2016, Mrs. Glean became a partner at the firm and she continues to manage the firm’s personal injury, product liability, and pharmaceutical drug and medical device dockets. Over the past 10 years, Mrs. Glean has practiced and worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs, in complex mass tort civil litigation. Mrs. Glean has been employed to work on tens of thousands of plaintiffs’ cases in product liability mass tort litigation.
